ask for volunteers to form a militia in soysburg if our line breaks which it likely will

A couple Soysburg natives have volunteered to work as sappers and; in worst case scenario – fighters for the Soyunion army.
this will help the Soyunion army fight off the onslaught, but not for long.

also try to make a gatling gun nest that’s flanking the cobfederates if possible and guard it with about 50 soldiers that are entrenched
